I think yes, but there is, at the same time two blocking, thoughts: "This new insight (idea) is information or education, so lets wait for the time when we will need it", or "This is a new Vision or a new fad, son lets take it or leave it". Maybe the new idea does not require a radical change, but a prudent incorporation to current projects; the new insight is a demand for action.
